For the past 5 years, Dubai Fit as has been the leading company in fitness boot camps in Dubai.

Serving thousands of Dubai residents, providing great workouts suited for all fitness levels,

a fantastic community with amazing results.

As we move forwards into 2021 with the new "normal"

we have completely rewritten the script when it comes to fitness boot camps.

Please note all workouts are held indoors inside a Sports Hall with social distancing applied

BOOT CAMP REINVENTED

We've made some huge changes that not only fit in with the new "normal" but we're sure you're going to love.

Our workouts are now more challenging, more efficient and less time than traditional workouts  

We have also redesigned all of our workouts for your safety.

Allowing you to maintain a 2 meter distance between participants with fully sanitised  equipment before use.

Our workouts are now only 40 minutes,

this means more efficiency, less rest time and more challenging workouts. 

WHO IS IT FOR?

 

The challenge is for anyone that wants to get fit, lose weight and smash their goals.

Our exercise program is designed for ALL fitness levels, incorporating different levels of each exercise.

This program was created as the bridge for those who lack motivation, struggle with consistency, unsure what do in the gym, need help with their nutrition and want to focus on results.

We pride ourselves on having workouts that designed for all fitness levels.

Each exercise has 3 different levels, you simply choose the level of exercise to suit your ability and workout at your own pace.

There's no pressure to keep up with anyone else, the workout can be adapted for beginners to advanced.

 

Absolute beginner? No problem, our trainer will take your through the workouts, explaining correct technique and providing modifications to suit you.
