WHO IS IT FOR?

The challenge is for anyone that wants to get fit, lose weight and smash their goals.

Our exercise program is designed for ALL fitness levels, incorporating different levels of each exercise.

This program was created as the bridge for those who lack motivation, struggle with consistency, unsure what do in the gym, need help with their nutrition and want to focus on results.

WHO ARE WE?

Run by award nominated trainer Rick Bhullar, we're the longest running and most successful boot camp in Dubai.

The challenge is designed to take the guessing out of fitness from workouts, nutrition and results.

We believe in creating an atmosphere where everyone feels comfortable, there's no judgement, all positively and 100% support.

WHAT DO OUR CLIENTS HAVE TO SAY?

I started bootcamp in Jan 2017 and have lost 100lbs so far. It's the best form of exercise I have ever done and actually stuck to it. More importantly I have learnt so much about diet and exercise. Rick is a top guy with a great sense of humour and he is an excellent motivator and patient trainer. Don't be intimidated by thinking you're not fit enough, everyone is at different levels and it really doesn't matter. I have also found everyone really friendly and encouraging. Rick Bhullar fitness changed my life :-) sounds crazy but it's kind of true. Not being very good at sticking to any form of diet or regular exercise, the Dubai Boot Camp experience has changed that! I completed the 30 day New Year Challenge in Jan 2017, after that, have been a member since ! Rick gives you so much support and really does care about all his customers. Such a positive attitude. The results have been awesome, so far over 3 stone lost and fitness levels massively increased ( I can now run to brunch !). I do the evening sessions, everyone attending is at all different levels of fitness, but have never felt so welcome and continue to. , Rick installs a great positive attitude in everyone. This is not like going to the gym / eating a diet of nothing ! As long as you follow Ricks instructions you WIlLL see results.

To be honest the whole thing is pretty awesome, the workout, the atmosphere, Mr.Rick himself, everything is just great, never felt so good about my self and believe me i know what i'm talking about, you wanna have 6 packs, adrenaline rush, high stamina, and most of all feel like you are in your teens no matter how old you are ? This guy can work miracles with the training, support and constant follow up... Rock on dude....always

I am happy to write that Rick is a great fitness trainer. I started in January as a novice totally unfit that couldn't lift herself up from the floor nor squat properly. I have to say I'm happy with my progress with planks (including side planks), squats, boxing etc. He normally pushes me, despite having many other people, to be better than the last time without breaking me. I will recommend Rick to anyone seriously struggling with getting fit. He will always make time for individuals to get better.

We've lowered the price, increased the sessions and not compromised the quality.

Usually the challenge costs 999 aed, however you can now avail the challenge for 600 aed.

STEP 2 OF 2: REGISTER YOUR FIRST SESSION

So what happens next...

Once you have purchased your pass and registered your place you're all set.

The day before the challenge begins you will receive an email reminder with just some final details.

Your 28 day pass will begin from your first attended session.

STEP 3: CHOOSE A PASS

Select a pass below.

Please note if you are doing a free trial you do not need to purchase a pass.

Free trials are only available one time only for first timers.

For the session you will need

1. Yoga Mat

2. Water

3. Towel

I would recommend putting on your favourite music during the session as I will not be able to play music through the feed.

10 mins before the session begins, all registered participants will be emailed a direct link to the live workout.

The session will start exactly on time so aim to be signed in a ready to go 5 mins before the session begins.
